Cancellation and Return/Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Return/Replacement

You may request a return or replacement for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is physically damaged during transit. (It is recommended not to accept the package if the damage is evident from the packaging.)

  • The product has a manufacturing defect and is not functioning properly (applicable for equipment/instruments).

  • The product has less than one month remaining before its expiration date (applicable for perishable products).

  • Missing parts/accessories that should have been included.

  • Received the wrong product.

Process for Return/Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement request, email [email protected] with the following documentation/proof:

  • Photos/videos showing the issue/defect.

  • Photo of the shipping label with order ID.

  • Photo/soft copy of the bill/invoice.

A Signel Biomedical executive may contact you for further clarification before approving the return request. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in the denial of a replacement. The operations team will initiate the return collection within three working days of approval. After receiving the returned product, the QA/QC team will check and approve it within seven working days, after which the replacement process will begin.

Terms and Conditions for Return/Replacement

  • Initiate the request within seven days of receiving the product(s).

  • Replacements will be provided for all return requests. If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued via payment gateway/credit note/coupon.

  • Sterile products (vaccines, resins, etc.) are returnable only if the wrong product is delivered.

  • Signel Biomedical reserves the right to deny a replacement request if deemed not genuine.

  • Returned products must be complete, unused, undamaged, and free of any custom modifications (e.g., engraving).

Order Cancellation Policy

You are eligible for order cancellation and refunds if:

  • The order is cancelled within six hours and has not yet been shipped.

  • Delivery is delayed by more than 21 days from the order date (not applicable for made-to-order items, heavy equipment, devices, and furniture).

The cancellation policy does not apply to specially procured items. However, such cancellations may be considered at our discretion.

Refund policy

Once the cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be initiated, and you will receive an email notification. Refund options include:

  • Refund to the Signel Biomedical wallet within 24 hours of cancellation.

  • Refund to the designated card/bank account/UPI account within seven days of receipt of the returned goods/cancellation.

  • Refund via NEFT/RTGS transfer to your bank account within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods/cancellation.

Terms and conditions for COD orders

  • Delivery OTP will be shared only on the registered mobile number and email.

  • The delivery person will contact you on the registered mobile number.

  • The delivery person will make three attempts to deliver. Failure to deliver in three attempts will result in the return of the shipment.

  • For wrong/damaged goods, take a picture and email it to [email protected] within 24 hours.

  • If you receive a delivery confirmation message without receiving the goods, inform Signel Biomedical within 24 hours via email.

  • Two attempts will be made to pick up returns. Ensure the package is sealed by the pickup person in your presence.
