• 4 x 2.2ml tubes

Preparation:

• Brush and floss your teeth thoroughly before treatment.

Gel Application:

• Each 2.2ml tube provides four doses.

• Apply approximately 0.6ml gel per tray.

• Distribute evenly in each tooth compartment of the custom tray. Avoid overfilling.

Tray Placement:

• Gently place the tray over your teeth.

• Wipe off any excess gel from gums.

Treatment Duration:

• 22% Gel: 1–3 hours, 4–6 times

• 35% Gel: 30 minutes – 1 hour, 2–3 times

• Maintain a 1-day interval between treatments.

Post-Treatment:

• Remove the tray and rinse your mouth and tray thoroughly.

• Brush your teeth to remove any remaining gel.

• Do not eat or smoke during treatment.
