• Nazium Relator Removal: Detach the Nazium Relator from the facebow.
• Articulator Preparation: Take out the pin and incisal table from the articulator.
• Transfer Set Placement: Position the transfer set support.
• Fixation Screw Tightening: Securely tighten the fixation screw.
• Transfer Set Removal: Detach the transfer set from the facebow.
• Cast Attachment: Fix the plaster cast onto the fork.
• Transfer Set Positioning: Place the transfer set into the support.
• Fork Support Placement: Position the fork support on the articulator.
• Cast Hydration: Moisten the plaster cast.
• Plaster Application: Spread plaster over the cast and mounting plate.
• Rail Penetration: Ensure the plaster fills the rail retention grooves.
• Articulator Opening: Once the plaster has set, open the articulator.
• Repositioning Components: Return the incisal table, incisal pin, and mounting plate to their original positions.
• Incisal Pin Adjustment: Set the incisal pin to zero.
• Lower Cast Repositioning: Realign the lower cast.
• Mounting Plate Fixation: Firmly secure the lower cast to the mounting plate.
