Etching and Bonding:

Restorative Procedure:

  • Open the Ivoclar Tetric N-Ceram Composite Kit and choose the appropriate shade of composite material based on the clinical situation and patient needs.
  • Use the provided applicators or instruments to handle the composite material. Tetric N-Ceram Composite is suitable for various restorative procedures, including class I-V restorations, veneers, and fissure sealing.
  • Place and shape the composite material in the prepared cavity or on the tooth surface, sculpting it to achieve the desired anatomy and aesthetics.
  • Light cure the composite material using a dental curing light.

Finishing and Polishing:

  • After curing, use suitable dental instruments to contour and shape the restoration to match natural tooth morphology.
  • Polish the composite with fine-grit finishing and polishing materials to achieve a smooth, aesthetic surface.

Final Inspection and Patient Care:

  • Inspect the restoration for any imperfections, rough spots, or occlusal interferences.
  • Adjust the occlusion if necessary to ensure proper alignment with opposing teeth.
  • Provide the patient with post-operative care instructions, including oral hygiene practices and management of any potential discomfort.

Post-Operative Follow-Up:

  • Schedule a follow-up appointment to evaluate the restoration’s integrity and the patient’s comfort.
  • Advise the patient on routine dental check-ups to ensure the long-term success of the restoration.
