- Preparation: Before application, ensure the tooth or teeth are properly cleaned, dried, and free of any debris. Perform the required tooth preparation according to standard clinical protocols for the intended restoration.
- Mixing: Dispense the appropriate amounts of Medicept Polycem powder and liquid onto a clean, dry mixing pad or glass slab. Gradually incorporate the liquid into the powder while mixing with a spatula. Follow the recommended powder-to-liquid ratio and mix until a smooth, homogenous paste forms. Avoid over-mixing to prevent early setting.
- Application: Immediately apply the mixed cement to the prepared tooth surface or the internal surface of the restoration. Ensure full and even coverage, taking care to eliminate any air bubbles or voids.
