Lox 2% Adrenaline Injection is a local anesthetic containing Lignocaine (Lidocaine) 2% with Adrenaline (1:200,000). It is used for producing local or regional anesthesia during minor surgical, dental, and diagnostic procedures. The addition of adrenaline helps prolong the duration of anesthesia and reduces bleeding in the surgical area by constricting blood vessels.
