Carvene Gutta Percha Solvent is designed for removing gutta percha during root canal re-treatment. It is also effective in removing various root canal filling materials, including Zinc Oxide-Eugenol Cement, and serves as a cleaner for endodontic instruments.

Unlike hazardous substances such as chloroform and trichloroethylene, which are carcinogenic, Carvene is non-hazardous. It is less volatile than chloroform and trichloroethylene, making it a safer choice. Made from natural substances, Carvene Gutta Percha Solvent does not irritate the oral mucosa or peri-apical tissue.

Dispense Carvene Gutta Percha Solvent into a dappen dish or directly onto a cotton pellet. Place the soaked cotton pellet on the root canal filling material and cover it with temporary cement (Zinc Phosphate). After two days, remove the softened filling material.
