Store the alginate powder in an airtight container at 5°C–27°C.

Using the dosing spoon, measure powder into a rubber bowl, leveling with a spatula.

Measure 1/3rd water for each spoonful of powder.

Mix until smooth and free of bubbles, following recommended times.

Load onto the impression tray and place in the patient’s mouth before the end of the working time.

Wait until the material sets and loses tackiness, then remove gently.

Rinse to remove saliva, drain excess water, and disinfect per guidelines.

Pour impressions immediately with dental stone, or store in a sealed bag at room temperature if delayed.
