Mixing:

Use a glass slab and metal spatula

Mix 2–3 parts powder with 1 part resin

Mix to a stringy consistency that breaks 1.5–2.5 cm above slab

For a more fluid mix, warm the slab gently
Application:

Load mixed cement on a lentulo spiral
-
Insert slowly into canal at low speed to avoid air entrapment
-
Withdraw while rotating slowly
-
Alternatively, use a reamer (size equal to last apical file) to pump sealant into canal
-
Coat the master gutta percha point and place into canal
-
Use lateral or vertical condensation techniques for additional points
