- Connect the barbed end of the NeoSucker to the suction line.
- Set the suction to the appropriate pressure following hospital protocols or physician recommendations.
- To begin suctioning, block the thumb port with your thumb.
- Suction the mouth or nares using intermittent suction; remove your thumb from the thumb port to stop suctioning and block it again to continue.
- After each use, suction sterile water through the NeoSucker to clear any debris.
- Replace the NeoSucker every 24 hours or as per hospital protocols, whichever is sooner.
